The Kinukamori waterfall is in fact integral part of Marangu village, and offers different look at the Chagga culture. On top of this waterfall you will be able to see a statue of a woman who, according to legend, became pregnant out of wedlock and decided to commit suicide by jumping from the top of the falls. However, she changed her mind and while she was about to step away, was attacked by leopard who pushed her down to her death.
On the bright side, today this place is perfect for swimming, or just relaxing and enjoying the refreshing breeze from the waterfall. Along the way we’ll pass through stunning forest of Eucalyptus trees, among many others. At Kinukamori you will be served with picnic lunch, before departure to your hotel.
